“That’s True” is the third preview of Matt Correa’s upcoming album. This track dives deeply into Deep House, but with a more elegant and sophisticated touch.

Originally conceived as a remix for another artist, “That’s True” took on a life of its own during production, leading Matt to develop it into a unique, original track. Crafted slowly and deliberately, the track features a solid rhythm foundation paired with a bassline influenced by funk—an element Matt often enjoys incorporating into his productions. Rather than aiming for explosive moments, the song builds organically, making it perfect for both relaxed dance floors and laid-back moments where music complements the atmosphere without overpowering it. The track evokes images of summer afternoons in open-air spaces by the sea, where the rhythm enhances the vibe without dominating it.

The sound of “That’s True” owes much to the analog gear Matt uses in his studio, including the Akai MPC2500 and Roland JV2080, which bring a distinctive character to the production. While he doesn’t shy away from using plugins, he strives to balance digital and analog elements. All the music is routed through his Midas F32 console, which adds a warm and organic touch to the final sound. The track was mastered by Jesús Gómez Trikel at Green Cross Studio, a trusted collaborator who always knows how to give each production the final polish it needs to sound powerful and clear.

The release is set for November 22. An extended version will be available exclusively on Traxsource, while a radio edit will be released on Spotify. For two weeks, it will remain exclusive to these platforms, after which it will be available across all major streaming services.

Matt Correa continues to share his music with honesty and humility, aiming to connect with listeners who appreciate his sound.
